About Batwoman

Batwoman is a friendly, sweet and loving dog. She is a short haired, black and white female Jack Russell who was found as a stray roaming around Bristol.

Batwoman enjoys eating treats and having cuddles, she is social with people in her own time but can be nervous and show appeasement at first. She is worried around other dogs and would prefer quieter walking routes where she won’t encounter other dogs often.

She does enjoy playing with toys sometimes and enjoys most treats. We have been doing some simple consent training and teaching her a chin rest which will come in handy for any formal handling to help her feel more comfortable.

Batwoman is good to walk but can be worried and will need further confidence building. It would be best to walk in areas where there won’t be lots of passing people.

She is so loving but just a bit worried of anything that she doesn’t understand.

Batwoman is looking for a loving family to continue this gradual confidence building.

She is described by staff as adorable, cute and gorgeous, and will require short walks required 1-2 times a day

Batwoman is looking for a calm, quiet family & home – can live with children 16+ and  ideally would need someone around most of the day. Unfortunately she requires a home without dogs and a semi rural/rural home would be ideal. As she is a small girl she could potentially live in a flat with no garden access as long as she gets the exercise she needs.
