Win up to £1,000 and help change animals’ lives
Welcome to our Spring Raffle, and our biggest one yet.
For the first time, we’re offering our highest prizes to date, with a top cash prize of £1,000, plus nine more prizes, making £1,500 in total to be won. Tickets cost just £1 each, and every single entry helps animals across Bristol who need safety, care and a second chance.
This is our first raffle of 2026, and we’d love you to be part of it.
Why enter?
Every day, animals arrive at Bristol Animal Rescue Centre frightened, injured or with nowhere else to turn. Thanks to supporters like you, we can offer them warmth, expert veterinary treatment, enrichment, and the time they need to recover before finding loving new homes.
By entering the Spring Raffle, you’re not just in with a chance of winning cash, you’re helping ensure that no animal is turned away when they need us most.
What you could win
1st prize: £1,000 cash
2nd prize: £200 cash
3rd prize: £100 cash
4th–5th prizes: £50 cash each
6th–10th prizes: £20 cash each
Past raffle winners have used their prizes for holidays, home improvements, or special treats for loved ones. However you choose to spend your winnings, you can feel proud knowing you’ve helped change lives along the way.
Every ticket makes a difference
£1 might feel small, but together it adds up to life-changing care:
£157 could pay for a day’s essential utilities at the centre
£100 could buy a raised bed to help an animal rest comfortably
£80 could neuter a cat and provide vital aftercare
£25 could fund enriching off-site walks for two dogs
£8 could provide flea treatment for a dog in our care
Suggested amounts show the kind of impact your support can have. Your generosity will always be directed where it’s needed most.
Animals like Cody
When you enter our raffle, you’re helping animals like Cody.
Cody came into our care last September after his owner sadly passed away. When he arrived, he was understandably unsettled and a little reserved, and it was clear he would need time, patience and ongoing support before he could be ready for adoption.
Cody was also dealing with a severe flea infestation, which had left his skin sore and irritated, with patches of hair loss. Our team worked closely with him to improve his comfort and overall health, placing him on a sensitive diet to manage his allergies and supporting him with medication to ease the itching. Slowly but surely, the change in him has been wonderful to see. His skin has improved significantly, he is far more comfortable, and we are hopeful that once he settles into a home, he may eventually be able to come off his medication.
One of Cody’s biggest breakthroughs has been learning to relax and enjoy affection. Watching him grow more comfortable and content has been incredibly rewarding. He now actively seeks out cuddles and will happily curl up on a lap for some quiet time, something he wouldn’t have done when he first arrived.
Cody may be small, but he has a big personality. He is courageous, independent and adventurous, with an affectionate side that shines through more each day as his confidence grows.
As his main carer, Molly says, “Cody is such a delight to be around. He is a little dog with a big heart, and it has been lovely to see how far he has come during his time with us.”

How to take part
There are two simple ways to enter our Spring Raffle.
If you’re on our mailing list
If you receive Bristol Tails through the post, you can enter using the paper raffle tickets included with your copy. Just complete your ticket stubs and return them using the envelope provided, following the instructions included in your mailing.
If you’re not on our mailing list
That’s absolutely fine, you can enter online using this website. Simply choose how many tickets you’d like and complete your payment securely online.
Please note: entries cannot be made by telephone or in person.
Every £1 ticket gives you a chance to win and helps animals across Bristol get the care, safety and time they need to find loving new homes.
Please note: entries received after this date will not be entered into the draw and will be treated as a donation.
