Who we are

Coralie leads our organisation and is responsible for driving our mission to ensure animals in need in our community receive the compassion, care and respect they deserve. Coralie is passionate about helping people and animals and has worked across a range of animal welfare and humanitarian charities. She has a rescue dog of her own named Elsie.

Led by Animal Home Manager Jodie Hayward, this team is responsible for making sure all our animals feel safe, comfortable and cared for during their stay with us, as well as finding them loving new homes to go to. This team is made up of Animal Care Assistants, Animal Behaviourists and rehoming experts.

Our Principal Vet, Dr Damian Pacini leads this team of vets and vet nurses, who work in our Urgent Animal Care Unit and are at the front line of animal care in Bristol. They offer medical care to all the animals who arrive here, as well as supporting families out in the local community at our Outreach Clinics. 

Led by Rosie El-Tibi, our Fundraising and Communications team actively engage with our local community and the media to spread the word about what we do, engage supporters and make sure those vital funds keep coming in.

We couldn’t do the work we do without the support of our small but perfectly formed Facilities, Health & Safety and Admin Team, led by Edd Grinham. This team ensures that our site is looked after to a high standard; that our staff, volunteers and animals are kept safe, and that our Board of Trustees are supported.

Our Board of Trustees is currently led by Ben Davies and comprises a diverse range of talented professionals who generously offer their time and expertise to the charity. Our Trustees oversee the governance of our organisation, ensuring that we have a clear strategy and are delivering against the vision and purpose of the charity.
