Hi! I’m Queenie

Queenie is a highly intelligent dog that needs a very specific home, with adopters who can meet her needs and continue with her necessary training. When not given the stimulation she needs, Queenie can sometimes pull at clothing and become needy for attention. The adopters would need to be experienced and confident when dealing with these behavioural traits, which in time would likely subside as she relaxes into a new home and routine. Much of it is to do with kennel life which has had an impact on her behaviour overtime. She would need a quiet home for the majority of the time as she can be easily triggered by constant activity, but she enjoys the company of people a great deal and becomes more affectionate over time.

Queenie is an absolute pleasure to walk, but can sometimes react towards dogs by pulling towards them or not walking on once they've passed. She's happy to be walked everywhere and would be happy in both an urban and rural setting. Queenie would be an excellent dog to work with for various dog sports and training to challenge her both mentally and physically.
