We’re looking for a skilled individual to play a lead role in the development and implementation of the Rehoming Centre’s behaviour management objectives and plans. This is to include the implementation of new training classes on site, extended post-adoption support and progression of the behavioural foundation team, as well as reviewing our current practices to lead improvements.
We are seeking an experienced canine behaviourist to join our team at Bristol A.R.C. as a Senior Behaviour and Welfare Specialist with proven skills in leadership, training and conducting behaviour consultations. Also providing support to dogs in need in the Bristol area; through seminars, training classes and adoption support.
A strong understanding of animal welfare and the ability to handle dogs with a range of behavioural problems is key.
