JOB TITLE: Companion Animal Behaviourist
(Available full time permanent employed or contracted or as a secondment)
SALARY: £27,000 – 29,000 doe
HOURS: 35 hours including some weekend days, worked over 5 shifts per week.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: We are looking for an experienced companion animal behaviour professional to lead the development and delivery of our behaviour programme and services. This is to include the implementation of new training classes on site, extended post-adoption support and development of our in house behaviour team.
You will have proven skills in leadership, training and conducting behaviour consultations. A strong understanding of animal welfare and the ability to handle companion animals with a range of behavioural problems is key.
